Hello, I’m Gabriela Paludi, a visual artist born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I currently live and work. My connection to art began at an early age through drawing, painting, and printmaking workshops, eventually leading me to attend the Prilidiano Pueyrredón National School of Fine Arts. I later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts with a concentration in Painting from the National University of the Arts (UNA), where I also completed a postgraduate program in Media and Technologies for Pictorial Production. Afterwards, I spent two years as part of El Encarne, a contemporary sculpture project development program at IMPA La Fábrica.
Throughout my career, I have explored a variety of artistic languages, techniques, and materials. I am interested in experimentation and in allowing each project to discover its own tools and forms of expression. Today, my work is primarily centered on analog collage, a practice that enables me to combine images, objects, and ideas to create new narratives and possible worlds. In parallel, I coordinate and teach collage workshops, creating spaces where we explore creative tools and processes, as well as the joy of making art and building community together.
